1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Delays

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Here are our current estimates:

  • United Kingdom: 7-12 business days.

  • Europe: 7-15 business days.

  • United States / Canada: 10-15 business days.

  • Rest of the World: 12-20 business days.

Please note: These are estimated times. Factors such as customs clearance or local postal delays are outside of our control.

3. Shipping Rates

We are proud to offer FREE Worldwide Shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information is usually active within 48-72 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Loom & Lux is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us at contact@loomluxx.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund.
